PADO Wellness is a modern wellness center offering non-invasive, science-backed care designed to support balance, recovery, and long-term well-being. Our philosophy blends clinical understanding with calm, intentional guidance, so you understand your treatment and trust the pace of your progress.
At PADO Wellness, one of the biggest differences you’ll notice is how clearly we guide your care. We take the time to explain what we’re doing, why it matters, and what your body may need next, so you can feel confident in the process.
We also believe comfort and progress belong together. That’s why we focus on non-invasive therapies that work with your body and feel sustainable, allowing you to experience consistent results in a supportive environment.
Our Philosophy
At PADO Wellness, we believe real progress happens when care is both advanced and grounded. We use modern tools only when they truly support the body, pair them with skilled hands and thoughtful guidance, and never rush the healing process. Balance, education, and consistency guide everything we do, because lasting results come from supporting your body over time, not forcing quick change.
From your first visit, care at PADO is designed to feel clear, unrushed, and personal. We begin by understanding your goals, your concerns, and how your body has been responding. From there, we guide you through options that align with what your body actually needs.
Our Team
PADO Wellness is led by skilled practitioners who blend clinical insight with a calm, restorative presence. Every recommendation is made with intention, based on what your body needs and what you’re ready for, not a one-size-fits-all protocol. You’ll never be left guessing. We explain the “why” behind your care, answer questions clearly, and guide each session with integrity, so progress feels steady, supported, and realistic.
As a dentist with over 20 years of experience, I began to feel the physical wear of my profession—aches, stiffness, and a gradual loss of mobility, especially in my neck and shoulders. I sought relief through various treatments: chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, and physical therapy. Each offered temporary benefits, but I noticed a gap—they weren’t working together as a team to restore me to my ideal condition.
I also stumbled across red light therapy and, to my surprise, found that when used alongside other modalities, the results were significantly better. That realization sparked the vision for Pado Wellness Center: a place where therapies are not just offered, but integrated—where Eastern and Western approaches come together to truly support healing, flexibility, and long-term wellness.
My name is Tara Shealy, and I have been a Medical Massage Therapist and Medical Esthetician since 2009, with over 10 years of experience as a Body Contour Specialist. I am also a Traditional Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapist, trained to support cancer patients, individuals with diabetes, and anyone seeking to improve their overall health through full-body detoxification and optimal lymphatic system function.
In addition, I specialize as a Post-Operative Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapist, working closely with post-surgical patients to reduce edema, support the healing process, break down scar tissue, and significantly speed recovery time. My work helps restore mobility, improve range of motion, and promote long-term wellness during each stage of healing.
I truly love what I do and put my heart and soul into my career. I never feel as though I am “working” — caring for the wellbeing of my clients and patients is my passion. It brings me great joy to help each individual achieve their goals, exceed expectations, and receive personalized care that supports their health and quality of life.
