Red Light Therapy

A gentle, non-invasive therapy that supports healing at the cellular level, helping your body reduce inflammation, restore circulation, and recover with less strain.

The Science of Healing

Red light therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses red and near-infrared light to support the body’s natural recovery processes. It’s commonly used to help calm inflammation, ease discomfort, and encourage healthier circulation, which can make a real difference in how quickly tissues recover.

At PADO Wellness, we use red light therapy with intention. That means we choose the right type of session based on what you’re trying to support, and we explain the “why” in plain language. The experience itself is simple and comfortable, you rest while the light does the work, then you get back to your day with no downtime.

This isn’t a trend or a quick fix. It’s a steady, science-informed tool that works best when it’s used consistently and matched to your goals. If you’re ready to explore what it could support for your body, we’ll guide you from there.

Every body responds differently, and this therapy isn’t about chasing a single symptom. During your visit, we’ll help you understand which areas red light therapy may support most effectively for your goals, and how it fits into a broader, intentional care plan.

The Benefits of Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy is used to support a wide range of recovery and wellness goals. Because it works at the cellular level, its benefits tend to show up across multiple systems in the body, especially where inflammation, circulation, or slow healing are involved.

01

Red Light Therapy Appointment
(30 min)

Red light therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses red and near-infrared light to support faster healing by increasing blood flow to areas of inflammation. That improved circulation helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to the tissue, supporting recovery. It can also help decrease localized swelling by encouraging lymphatic drainage, which helps the body move excess fluid and waste out of the area. This appointment is commonly used for pain relief, inflammation support, improved circulation, and tissue repair in muscles, joints, and skin.

02

Helmet Red Light Therapy Appointment
(15 min)

This non-invasive therapy uses red and near-infrared light to support the scalp and head. It’s commonly used to help relieve headaches, reduce brain fog, and support cognitive function by encouraging circulation and cellular repair. Some clients use this as supportive care during neurological recovery, including after TBI or stroke. It can also support hair growth by stimulating follicles and improving scalp health. The helmet fits comfortably over the head for a simple, guided session.

03

Oral Mucositis Red Light Therapy Appointment
(15 min)

A Lollipop red light device is applied inside the mouth to reduce pain, inflammation, and help prevent or heal sores caused by chemotherapy induced oral mucositis supporting patients in continuing their treatment with greater comfort. A red light panel is also placed on the chest, neck, and shoulder to aid in the healing of skin irritation or damage caused by radiation therapy. This non-invasive therapy promotes tissue repair, reduces treatment-related discomfort, and supports overall recovery.
