I booked a 75-minute deep tissue massage with Tara Shealy. I was able to create an account and make the appointment for the first time fully online. When I arrived, Tara had everything ready and discussed my concerns with me while I filled out the paperwork. During the massage, I felt like Tara really focused on the areas of concern that I mentioned, but also did not neglect everything else and managed working on left and right sides evenly. Tara also checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable and the pressure was good. The treatment room and facility were very clean and modern. I was very happy with my service and rebooked before I left. I would highly recommend booking with Tara for a great experience!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would definitely go higher. I went for a prenatal massage and oh my gosh, Ms. Tara was such a miracle worker. She knew exactly what to do and how to care for you while you lay down. She checked on me and provided anything I needed to feel better and relaxed. I will definitely refer friends and family when they need a good wellness massage. Just amazing 💯 oh and the whole staff was A1.

Obviously, this office offers a large array of treatment options. We have chosen to take our son there for red light therapy. Dr Chen and Tara could not have been more informative, friendly, and helpful in explaining and answering all our questions. You can tell they truly want to make an impact on the community through proper health approaches! We highly recommend them and are so excited we found them!

First visit- I received the Glo2 facial with Tara. Very pleased with this facial as it was customized to my specific needs. Tara was very informative and educated me on maintenance needs as well as home care. The office is beautiful, new, and clean - very welcoming and relaxing environment with a great team to assist you.

I just visited PADO for the first time, and it definitely won't be the last. Place is very clean, and Tara is an excellent massage therapist. I felt like a new person after my massage, and look forward to my next visit.
